friends: Sue knows everybody. He’s the cool teen neighbor, he’s the nice classmate who helps you get out of trouble, he’s the cute boy next door, he works in a restaurant, and he’s one of the memorable faces of Anytown, USA. He’s dependable, friendly, amicable, easily approached, and is good with names and faces. Sue’ll probably know you, and be on relatively good terms with you. So if you ever meet him in the street, give him a wave and a holler, and he’ll probably return it!
enemies: Kid never met someone he really hated. Rivals and occasional shout matches can and DO happen, of course, but he’s never met someone that really pushed his buttons. What he hates more than anything is the abuse of innocent and weak people - people that can’t defend themselves. In which case, the poor sod who crossed the line will see why baseball star Sue Sanchez is the school’s ace in the hole. By swinging a baseball bat at your face was that not clear
romances: Gosh… Sue’s a bit of a sucker. He's very busy, and when he sees a girl he likes, it's more his type to kind of mumble his way out of the problem. Face red and all? Yeah. Pathetic! But he'll still try. One shouldn't expect roleplays to end up being romantic though. I'm (that means me, El Tipi, the one and only) more interested in roleplaying smalltown weirdness than anything else.

every once in a while after ms. grace abby wyatt has a long shift @ the hospital i'm sure she swings by sanchez' delicatessen shoppe. still decked in her scrubs, car keys in her hands, trying to ask in the politest way possible if there’s anything she can take in a doggy bag to throw in the microwave to warm up later for her son james dunn wyatt …….. then she will very likely be charmed by SUE SANCHEZ if he’s there bc he’s a mega sweetheart. she also loves baseball. james gets that from her. but he ain’t gonna be as excited when his ma comes home going on abt how she met “the nicest darndest boy who might just be in your grade…”
but if they’re both investigatin’, sue and james are bound to cross paths on a more personalised level. cue james being conflicted between being super polite to sue, being super excited abt baseball or his super cynicism abt anytown and its mysteries. the ultimate dilemma: choosing to be suspicious bout the math golden boy or babble stuff along the lines of “are you a power-hitter ‘cause, man, you look like a power hitter” etcetc.
anyway! here’s someone who sue will meet in his investigating journeys. i just wanna get some investigating going bc these two are so different i’d love the conflict!! would you be up for a thread sometime? LETS MAKE IT A GROUP IF POSSIBLE. GET SOME SCOOBY GANG SHIT GOIN’.

james dunn wyatt"LEMME TELL YOU ABOUT ALGEBRA, SON" - Sue to James, probly. So Sanchez's Delicatessen Shoppe totally has some "Doggie Bag" snacks for the tired and the rushed - pretty much anything they make can be taken To Go (bigger plates notwithstanding). Also, Sue usually handles evenings and rush hours when he's not at school or baseball - so expect the Boy to be dressed in like... Pink polo, apron, and kitchen paper hat and stuff. Another possibility is for James for actually meet Sue directly at the shoppe - maybe after a recommendation from mom or something? BUT I DO LOVE ALL OF THIS JAMEYBOY, of course Sue is going to have to pull in James for some super investigATIN' of the supernatural encounters of some kind - hell, there's the event going on, we should start looking into it. I'm sure this could turn into a budding, vitriolic friendship where they insult each other with smiles on their faces - while looking for... I dunno. Piratey treasures? Some stuff like that. THERE'S PROBABLY STUFF LIKE THAT, IT'S ANYTOWN. Also yes be the Mulder to my Scully

SUE SANCHEZ + james dunn wyatt, PLEASE TEACH HIM ALL YOU CAN ABT ALGEBRA, SUE. JAMES KNOWS NOTHING. and knowing anytown he could bump into a horrifying trigonometry monster and what’s he gonna do abt that without math knowhow??
yesss, meeting @ sanchez’s delicatessen shoppe works (i’m just gonna use sds to refer to it from now on I CAN’T TYPE THAT OUT EVERY TIME) like i could definitely see james dropping by instead of his ma once to pick something up and they can meet. like she has a standing order or he even wants to pick up something nice for her? and he’s like “uh could you help me out what does she like… like, man”.
super up for investigating here! sounds fantastic. i’m not sure vitriolic would work exactly even in the long run – it depends – bc james is in a pretty tense and sensitive state as it goes and he might perceive it as bullying even when closer? which is defs not what sue intends obvs but james is a li’l hypervigilant and hot-tempered.
isn’t sue the mulder here :’) W/E!!!! i’m down with this

▼ “ Sue and Asher would definitely have to know each other in same way or form. Because Asher is totally the type of dude to high five Sue in the hallway whenever he can or just shout out a "Hey!" as if they're lifelong friends or something. They probably wouldn't mind each other seeing as both are outgoing and kind. I'm thinking that Asher has been working at this restaurant for a long time and Sue has either been sneaking him food or finally catches Asher stealing from the kitchen after staking out for a week to find out who's been stealing. Maybe Sue will keep it a secret or eventually decides not to rat Asher out once he finds out about the other's homelessness? Another plot beginner idea of mine is that Sue wants to use violence on a bully but Asher stops him and tries to get through the problem with words instead. Ofc I still want them both to work in the same place cause that'd be super cool :') Ash has gotta give Sue a "lesson with the ladies" sometime. Maybe they both go out and have their own montage of asking random girls out and being rejected at the mall. The whole "i'll tell you what to say on your date, nothing could go wrong" thing reaches my mind as well. If things work out I'm sure these two will be hella fun to play around with. Guys gotta have their bros, y'know? Let me know what you think~
(i def want Asher to call Sue "Sanchez" and only Sanchez just because)
