For most of her youth, Roz was the awkward friendless smart kid that no one ever really talked to except to tease or borrow notes. Since entering high school, however, she's been trying to get over her social anxieties and make friends. This has been met with mixed success. She's still a giant nerd, despite her poor attempts to appear a rebellious teenager. So, she doesn't quite fit in with most of high schools social cliques. Still, she's found companionship among those classmates who share a particular interest in interest in the mysteries happening in Anytown. | | ★ | enemies
Beware ye evildoers, detective Roz is on the case! Whoever or whatever is behind the recent disappearances is probably Roz's #1 enemy, and of course there's all those innocent people she might blame during her investigations. If she thinks someone's acting suspicious, she's probably going to "investigate" them until she uncover's their secret plots, which can get on people's nerves real quick. There's also probably bullies and more ordinary high school drama to deal with on a daily basis. | | ★ | lovers
Who has time for romance when there's exams to study for and mysteries to solve? But, seriously, love is not something Roz often contemplates. She's still young and figuring out who she is and what she's interested in. Turns out she's usually more interested in avoid the topic of sexuality all together. But, just because she avoids it, doesn't mean she wont fall in love some day....right? | | ★ | others
Roz's family consists of two parents that are never around and an older brother who's already gone off to college. So, there's probably not going to be much to plot with there. Still, I'm open to pretty much anything. If you have any ideas, throw them at me. |

ROZ x GINNYWeird adult friend and terrible influence! OR CrEEP! [attr="class","scroll-light"]Seeing as Roz isn't very good with the whole "covert" deal I doubt it would take Virginia long to figure out what a nosy kid she is. Thankfully, nosy kids are Ginny's absolute favorite!
Maybe she could teach her to pick locks and they can go on fun adventures or something! Share secrets and discuss fun nerdy stuff!
To be honest though - these two could be interesting rivals. There are a lot of different directions their interactions could lead them, and I'd be really interested in getting the ball rolling. Either with her reading Roz' notes from over her shoulder in the coffee shop, defending her from bullies, or saying "Woah hold on, that's not how you jimmy a lock!" and giving her a proper demonstration.
Maaaybe catching her outside of Angelo's place??

Ginny x RozTotaly a creep! ...but that's ok. [attr="class","scroll-light"]I kind of love the idea of Roz thinking Virginia is a creepy suspicious person at first, but then the two of them slowly becoming friendy-rival type things or even developing a mentor-pupal relationship of sorts. After all, Roz has to snoop into all things suspicious, and who says you can't learn a few tricks from your suspects? Plus, with Virginia being Sector 3, I'd imagine Roz would run into her in all sorts of weird places, especially if she's out hunting mysterious mysteries. But, yeah, I think these two could be really entertaining. We should totally thread them.

ambulance chasin' mystery solver... is there a term for that? a mystery van chaser? @ any rate, i love Roz Voclain i'm demanding that she gets plotted w/ james dunn wyatt who's invested in the paranormal bc, well, his dad is one of the missing and he super wants his dad back. tbqh, i would adore a thread w/ clever and curious roz bc since she seems like she would known for her mystery interest i could see james approaching her for help! also bc stoner crowd senior james approaching quirky sophomore or junior roz is cute in my mind. up to you! what i'm saying, LET'S GET SOME INVESTIGATIN' GOING!! event thread shenanigans? if not now, later? |

James x RozLOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL [attr="class","scroll-light"]They're from such different cliques! I'm just imagining him walking up to Roz in the hallway at school or something. She would be so worried and confused it would be great. We should totally get them into some shenanigans! Unlikely friendships are my favorite sort, and what better way to spark one than investigating mysteries! Plus the whole fact that his father is one of the missing people could be an interesting crash back to reality for Roz? I don't think she completely understands how serious this all is just yet.

Roz Voclain & james dunn wyatt, perfect! unlikely friendship and investigation pals. i do like this level of reality james could bring too i.e. mysteries seem so cool and abstract 'til you meet a guy who is having a p rough time bc of them. but they're still cool imo HEHE
i was thinking of joining one of the open event threads, i could tag you add with a post that assumes roz n james are investigating together? |
